COLOMENCA, SA guarantees all its products for 1 year. The guarantee includes the defects in the pieces or in the production, not being included the due ones to a wrong use, to the inadequate assembly or a maintenance lack.
All defect caused by the transport of the merchandise should be made consist in the delivery invoice without whose written perseverance any reclamation won't be accepted.
The products manufactured in iron are treated with protection for the oxidation, nevertheless, their continuous exhibition to the inclemencies meteorology and/or saline atmospheres can cause oxidations with the step of the time, not being attributable to the manufacturing company of the product.
The products marketed by COLOMENCA, SA is subject to the guarantees settled down by each one of its respective makers, being its own guarantees the applicable ones for each product.
